The ask
There are 3 owners of the Honest Billing Solutions business, each with differing opinions on the site and the overall design. The main concern was that the site was not competitive enough to stand out in the marketplace. To make this project a success, I needed to take into account all opinions equally and back up my proposal(s) with thorough research and data.
The problem
Users need to find a reliable company to help them with day-to-day medical billing needs; they want a trustworthy partner and to get the information they need easily.
Honest Billing Solutions founders need a cohesive design that incorporates the current copy and logo into a modern site that is highly competitive in the marketplace.
The goal
Create a well designed, accessible site for HBS that will put it leagues ahead of the competition – allowing the company to stand out, look much more established, and attract more customers; have multiple opportunities throughout the site to direct the user to the form page
Research
My research centered around both direct and indirect competition, in order to understand how similar businesses are laying out their services and forms. From the many businesses I’d found, I learned that we needed to keep things minimal, bright, and visually clean.
